Executive Support System For Business and Employee Performance: Analysis Of The Ease of Use Of Information System, User Satisfaction and Transformational Leadership

This article aims to examine the relationship between various variables in order identify potential solutions. The research method used is qualitative, involving analysis of published journals. Out five factors reviewed, three are independent variables, namely ease use information systems, user satisfaction with and transformational leadership. executive support system for business considered intervening variable, while employee performance dependent variable. twenty journals concludes that have a positive significant impact on performance. literature review suggests businesses should take all into account improve performance.
